Arc-FFM (a product from CodecaX) Supports Mumbai Suburban’s Saksham Skill Census, Enabling AI-Assisted, Hyperlocal Skills & Livelihood Mapping
Mumbai / March 2, 2026 / Arc-FFM (arc-ffm.com), the field-force management platform owned and developed by CodecaX (codecax.com), today announced its support for the Saksham Skill Census, India’s first AI-powered skill census, launched in Mumbai Suburban at R.D. National College, Bandra West. The district-led initiative is designed to build practical “livelihood intelligence” for Mumbai Suburban, with a focus on the H-West Ward.
The Saksham Skill Census launch brought together public leadership and local institutions, including Hon. Minister of IT Shri Ashish Shelar, District Collector Shri Saurabh Katiyar, IAS, and Dr Neha Jagtiani, Principal of R.D. & S.H. National College.
Arc-FFM’s support aligns directly with the census methodology announced at the launch: AI + GIS mapping to divide the ward into hyperlocal territories, paired with door-to-door data collection supported by an AI tool developed by CodecaX, called Arc, and complemented by a virtual self-survey option for residents. The program also includes surveys of institutions and employers to create a 360-degree view of the local skill ecosystem.

The Saksham Skill Census, executed by livelihood intelligence firm Sapio Analytics, has set an ambitious north star: building what it describes as a “livelihood sovereign AI model”—grounded in locally gathered, ward-level data so decision-makers can connect people to training, opportunities, and support with far greater precision.
